Rainforest Adventure Camps seeks volunteers for our non-profit summer camps. We are looking for patient, kind, fun, and respectful people who enjoy recreation, games, and working with kids and youth.
Develop experience volunteering with children and youth in a fun, safe, outdoor environment.
Volunteer hours are flexible and based on your schedule.
A volunteer letter and certificate will be provided at the end of the summer.
Join us for fun out-trips to beaches, pools, parks, playgrounds, forests, and more.
Activities include swimming a few days a week, games, sports, arts and crafts, and more. Our non-profit camps aim to spend as much time outdoors and active in nature as possible. We are participant-centred and led by the interests of each camper. We strive to create a community of kindness, respect, empathy, and connection. We seek to empower, inspire, and create community.
Our camps run at various locations within Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Greater Victoria. Volunteers can request their preferred camp location. We go on different out-trips each day and we meet near the out-trip of the day.
Our summer camps run from Mondays-Fridays between June 26-September 4 from 8am-6pm. Volunteer hours are flexible and based on your schedule.
