Mind Workout

Unique Opportunity could make you smarter, more able to help others, and dramatically increase your learning rate.

How fit are you?

Can your mind do some heavy lifting?

A “fit” mind wouldn’t get stuck, unmotivated and dull – it would be alert and active, taking in all the data and making the right moves.

But to get and stay fit, you need the right equipment – which I’ll mention momentarily.

It’s easy to know a lot about something. Doing it well involves more…

A Quick Story

It was 1964 in the rolling countryside of England in a peaceful little county called Sussex.

A highly respected thinker was enthusiastically giving a talk to a select number of students on new discoveries made in his research.

In his lecture he was announcing breakthroughs made in the subject of study.

This pivotal lecture outlined how to study anything effectively to be able to quickly put it into action in the real world -a new & unique way to become professional in any field!

Fast Forward

This new method, termed “Study Technology”, later came to be used by 28 million people across 70 nations. There was 320 licensed schools and centers operating in North and Central America.

This Study Technology was a small but essential part of a broader subject focused at making people more intelligent and able; a practical study of wisdom or knowledge.

The author, a trained engineer from George Washington University, went on to become the most published author of all time with 1084 publications to his name; with the distinction of the Guinness World Record in this category (and 3 others too!).

He spent a half a century researching into the potentials of the mind and spirit, applying engineering and scientific methodology to the vast and exciting field of life itself.

Rough Spots

His discoveries allowed people to become sharper and stronger in life. They routinely improved their IQ and Aptitude scores after participating.

Certain personalities viewed this as a threat. These discoveries could lead to a population that wasn’t dependent on pills and therapy and could think for themselves. It would cut down their income.

They attacked his organization, labelling it a cult. They used TV and media organizations they owned to misrepresent facts and even invented bizarre stories to wreck its reputation. “It’s a scam!”, they shrieked.

The “Authorities” continued to howl. But the overall organization grew worldwide… to over 11,000 central organizations, chapters and affiliated groups.

Back to us

Ok, so you have a little bit of the back story.

The name of the thinker is L. Ron Hubbard. A humanitarian, educator and author of the #1 best-selling book on the mind of all time, with over 20,000,000 copies sold.

He founded a movement in 1952 known as Scientology. It’s taken from the Latin scio, which means "knowing” and the Greek word logos, meaning "study of."

Religion, Spirit, … What?

What does this “study of knowing” have to do with religion?

Well, what was doing the knowing? Ron found under very exact conditions, the “spirit” could be separated from the body knowingly. (ever hear about out-of-body experiences?)

Since he had entered the field of the spirit, “religion” was the closest word that seemed to fit- Not your typical Go-Sunday-and-Pray kind of place but perhaps, how to strengthen and bring the spirit (you) to a better state of fitness.

Scientology was never a rigid belief system. Ron states, “Nothing in Scientology is true for you unless you have observed it and it is true according to your observation.”

Need to think about it? Well, If you were in a desert dying of thirst, wouldn’t it make sense to step over a few thorns to get a drink? Point: Get a little uncomfortable, you don’t know until you look & experience. To quote a Chinese Proverb: “Seeing once is better than hearing 100 times.” We’ve been at our address downtown for 45 years. Come on in.
