Position Summary and Responsibilities:

United Way holds strong relationships with many sectors, industries, businesses, elected officials, social services, and community leaders. Under the From Poverty to Possibility Focus Area, we leverage these relationships by convening community champions and experts, and we build connections across East Ontario that link organizations with the tools they need to reimagine business ecosystems in ways that benefit everyone— including the most marginalized people in our communities. The coordinator will contribute to the design and execution of engagement activities that convene stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, and reduce systemic barriers for marginalized populations, including immigrants and people with disabilities.
