About Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka

Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka is a non‑profit cancer support community that provides free social and emotional support to individuals and families impacted by cancer. Rooted in compassion and connection, we offer programs, resources, and events that help people build community, find strength, and share hope during one of life’s most challenging experiences.

We are currently looking for warm, reliable, and community-minded volunteers to join our Special Events Crew.

Special Events Crew – Bringing Community to Life

From signature fundraisers to community gatherings, our events bring people together in powerful ways and we need your help to make them happen.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Support guest registration and welcome attendees
• Help with logistics, coordination, and on-site support
• Be part of the energy that makes our events memorable and meaningful

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are flexible, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed
