As we continue to grow and rebrand, we seek a talented individual who can lead our social media efforts, ensuring that we connect meaningfully with our audience, and build a strong community, and brand identity.

The social media manager will oversee Intimate Sessions interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. You will need to analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to help build a community online.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our mission and goals. Analyze current trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience across all social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to cultivate a sense of community and trust.

Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, and stories that align with our values and initiatives.

Brand Growth: Collaborate with the team to enhance our brand presence online. Help identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can expand our reach and impact.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, and audience insights to guide future strategies.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Intimate Sessions remains relevant and competitive in the digital space.

Advocacy and Awareness: Use social media as a platform to raise awareness about our mission and initiatives, encouraging community members to get involved and support our cause.

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable and proven experience in social media management, preferably, but not limited to, in a non-profit or community-focused environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canadanva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Passion for empowering women and building community connections.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
