Intimate Sessions is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who truly understands social media culture, digital engagement, audience psychology, branding, and how to intentionally grow an organization online.

This role is for someone who does not just “post content,” but understands how to build a powerful online presence, increase visibility, create meaningful engagement, and strategically expand a brand across multiple platforms.

Intimate Sessions is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women through intentional programs, transformative experiences, and community-centered spaces that support healing, personal growth, and authentic connection. We focus on nurturing mental, emotional, and physical wellness while building confidence and cultivating meaningful sisterhood.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and current trends
  • Understands branding, audience engagement, storytelling, and growth strategies
  • Can create visually appealing and impactful content
  • Knows how to strategically grow and expand social media platforms organically
  • Is innovative, creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Understands analytics, engagement patterns, algorithms, and platform performance
  • Can help elevate and strengthen the overall visibility and digital presence of Intimate Sessions

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and schedule content across all social media platforms
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars
  • Strategically plan content aligned with our mission, events, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Grow and increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand awareness
  • Create engaging reels, graphics, captions, stories, and promotional content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Research trends, hashtags, viral strategies, and audience behaviors
  • Assist with social media campaigns, launches, partnerships, and event promotion
  • Monitor analytics and provide growth reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Implement concrete strategies, techniques, and methods to help scale and strengthen the organization online
  • Support community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and interactions professionally

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Strong graphic design and video editing abilities
  • Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
  • Experience with scheduling platforms and social media management tools
  • Understanding of nonprofit branding, community engagement, and digital marketing is an asset
