About Us
The Bros Before Lows Foundation is a federally incorporated nonprofit based in Ontario, dedicated to men’s mental health, peer support, and community healing. Our mission is to provide safe spaces where men can openly share their struggles with mental health, addiction, and life challenges, while building resilience and connection.

Role: Social Media Manager (Volunteer)
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and expand our reach across Canada. This volunteer will play a vital role in raising awareness about men’s mental health, promoting our weekly peer support groups, and supporting our fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Work with our team to create content that highlights events, programs, and mental health advocacy

Monitor and respond to online engagement, building positive community interactions

Track basic analytics (reach, engagement) to guide future strategy

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns and storytelling ideas

Qualifications

Strong interest in mental health advocacy and community development

Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok)

Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills

Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon timelines

Prior nonprofit or volunteer experience is an asset, but not required

Time Commitment

Approx. 3–5 hours per week, flexible schedule

Remote position (volunteers from anywhere in Canada welcome)
