Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, passionate, and mission-driven Social Media Content Specialist to expand and elevate PlayMeWhen’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook. This role requires someone who not only loves social media, but also has a strong marketing mindset — someone who understands how to translate our mission into compelling campaigns that grow awareness, drive user engagement, and support customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is genuinely excited about storytelling, meaningful communication, and the impact our platform can make.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and curate content across all social media platforms

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive growth

Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content for engagement and reach

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Stay on top of trends to keep PlayMeWhen’s content fresh and relevant

Work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, content-driven environment

Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Attention to detail: Demonstrate a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Pay close attention to specifics, avoid errors, and ensure high-quality work in all content and communications.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, audience engagement, and campaign planning

Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills

Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and design tools
