Social Media & Content Creator

The Canadian Trails Federation is looking for someone to help raise our profile as a national trail organization.

We’re seeking a creative and motivated individual to:

• Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
• Manage and develop our newsletter
• Help build awareness of trails across Canada

Currently, awareness of our organization within the trail sector is quite low—so this is a great opportunity to be creative, experiment, and make a real impact.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage a social media content calendar
• Create 2–3 posts per week for Instagram and Facebook (flexible based on fit)
• Write and manage newsletter content
• Help shape and grow our brand and online presence

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Someone who understands branding and storytelling
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual and written content
• Comfortable managing social media platforms
• Interest in trails, outdoor recreation, or community development is a plus
