About the role

We’re looking for a skilled SEO / Blog Writer with 2+ years of experience in digital content creation. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging, search-optimized blog posts that attract readers and strengthen LandSeed’s online presence in sustainability, real estate innovation, and the tiny home movement.

You’ll bring both creativity and strategy to the table — crafting stories that resonate while using SEO best practices to drive visibility and growth.

What you will do

Research, write, and edit high-quality SEO-optimized blog posts (800–1500 words)

Create engaging content focused on sustainability, land ownership, tiny homes, and innovation

Perform keyword research to craft optimized headlines, meta tags, and on-page SEO elements

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals

Upload, format, and publish content using WordPress or Wix

Add calls-to-action, internal/external links, and interactive elements to boost engagement

Monitor blog performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data insights

Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure factual accuracy across all content.

What we are looking for

2+ years of experience in SEO writing, blogging, or content marketing

Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Experience publishing and managing content in WordPress or Wix

Ability to research and simplify complex topics related to sustainability or housing

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools

(Bonus) Experience writing for startups, real estate, or green innovation industries
