Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager located in Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada. This is a Full-Time, on-call, position.

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with program execution.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit housing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with First Nations communities or Non-Profit Organizations.
