
Senior Officer, Employer Acquisition and Partnerships
TERM Fixed-term contract until March 31, 2026
SALARY Bi-weekly gross salary of $2,310
LOCATION Head Office, Montréal, QC, or remote anywhere in Canada.
This role is new and reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and External Relations. As the Senior Officer, Employer Acquisition and Partnerships, you will be responsible for national employer engagement, lead generation, and securing meaningful placement opportunities that directly support the FuturePerfect program’s strategic goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will drive national employer acquisition efforts and convert leads into meaningful work placements that directly support youth success across Canada.
Employer Outreach & Lead Generation (50%)
- Execute daily high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to grow the employer pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed employer partnerships offering meaningful youth work placements.
- Understand employer needs and align them with FuturePerfect participant skills and program objectives.
- Guide employers through the full placement process from first contact to confirmation.
- Track all employer interactions and placement progress in Katimavik’s CRM system.
- Represent Katimavik professionally in meetings, calls, and events with employers and community partners.
Sales Strategy, Reporting & Performance Optimization (30%)
- Lead the national standardization of the FuturePerfect Employment Placement presentation deck.
- Develop a clear two-page guide for Youth Employability Coordinators (YECs) on how to identify, approach, and recruit employer placements.
- Use CRM tools to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and follow-up management.
- Recommend improvements to outreach messaging, sales tools, and engagement tactics.
- Support the refinement of national employer engagement strategies using data-driven insights.
- Deliver internal training on best practices for employer outreach, lead generation, and placement conversion.
Relationship Management (20%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer inquiries and support needs.
- Ensure employer satisfaction and alignment with Katimavik’s values and FuturePerfect goals.
- Uphold Katimavik’s values and ensure employer partnerships align with organizational standards.
- Maintain professional communication with employers during the placement confirmation process.
YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF
- You are fully bilingual in English and French.
- You are motivated by goals, metrics, and hitting monthly outreach and placement targets.
- You have experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or employer relations.
- You thrive in high-volume outreach and can handle frequent rejection professionally.
- You excel at generating leads, building pipelines, and converting employers into placements.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams at once.
- You are data-driven and comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce is an asset).
- You communicate persuasively and can clearly present the value of FuturePerfect to employers.
- You build strong relationships and represent Katimavik’s values with integrity.
- You pursue excellence in your work, meticulously attending to details and taking initiative.
