Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is central to building a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient organization. You'll oversee the full employee lifecycle—integrating talent, well-being, culture, and organizational effectiveness—through progressive HR practices grounded in humanity, integrity, and results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead HR strategy and operations across Canada, from recruitment to retention, performance to HR policy
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals and values
- Champion a workplace culture that is inclusive, supportive, and mission-driven
- Guide and develop a high-performing People team
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation in Ontario and Quebec
- Drive innovation in HR processes using data and project management tools
You bring:
- Broad experience across People/HR functions including talent acquisition, policy, compliance, and organizational design
- Proven leadership of diverse, high-impact teams
- Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align people strategies to organizational outcomes
- Advanced Excel and data fluency, and a working knowledge of project management tools
- Bilingualism in French is highly beneficial
