We're seeking an exceptional evaluator with deep experience working with Black communities to lead our AI Lab for B3 Cohorts and contribute to diverse evaluation projects. This unique role recognizes that the skills that make excellent evaluators—requirements analysis, process analysis, creative and critical thinking, group facilitation and collaborative problem-solving—also make excellent co-design practitioners.
