Role Overview: Senior Content Manager (Volunteer)
The Senior Content Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the voice,
storytelling, and brand presence of Solution Community. You will oversee content
strategy, production, and delivery across digital platforms to amplify our mission,
energize global audiences, and support organizational growth. This role is ideal for a
visionary storyteller passionate about social impact, community building, and innovative
digital engagement.
Conditions:
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (volunteer, pro bono role)
Contribution Requirements: Minimum 10–15 hours per week; minimum 3 months
What You Will Do:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead content initiatives that communicate the impact of our global community.
• Establish editorial guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Oversee creation of high-quality content across digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and workflow processes.
• Lead and mentor a distributed international content team.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategy.
• Strengthen brand narrative and support community growth.

• Five plus years of experience in content management, editorial leadership, or communications.
• Ability to manage cross-platform content strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for social good and global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and content measurement.
• Experience working with multicultural global teams.
• Knowledge of brand development and digital marketing.
