- Records the minutes of AGM executive and general meetings.
- Prepares copies of the minutes for regular attendees, the Penny Pincher Thrift Shop, the Gift Shop, and Welcome and Information Desk.
- Copies the agenda prior to the executive and general meetings.
- Records all motions into the motion book.
- Checks the Voice messaging system, along with other executive members and forwards pertinent messages.
- Use the Better Impact system to contact members and provide statistics.
- Writes letters to invite guests to the AGM or to other functions.
- Writes thank you letters or notes for donations
- Fills out memorial cards for in memoriam donations.
- Follows up on correspondence and answers letters. Emails and messages as required.
- Prepares letters for LM Hospital Executive to confirm donations/pledges to hospital.
- Files the correspondence and other documents in the LMH Auxiliary Office.
- Compiles and prepares the AGM Booklet and agendas for the AGM
