  • Records the minutes of AGM executive and general meetings.
  • Prepares copies of the minutes for regular attendees, the Penny Pincher Thrift Shop, the Gift Shop, and Welcome and Information Desk.
  • Copies the agenda prior to the executive and general meetings.
  • Records all motions into the motion book.
  • Checks the Voice messaging system, along with other executive members and forwards pertinent messages.
  • Use the Better Impact system to contact members and provide statistics.
  • Writes letters to invite guests to the AGM or to other functions.
  • Writes thank you letters or notes for donations
  • Fills out memorial cards for in memoriam donations.
  • Follows up on correspondence and answers letters. Emails and messages as required.
  • Prepares letters for LM Hospital Executive to confirm donations/pledges to hospital.
  • Files the correspondence and other documents in the LMH Auxiliary Office.
  • Compiles and prepares the AGM Booklet and agendas for the AGM
