🌍 Volunteer Opportunity – Salesforce Team

International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The Salesforce Team serves as the "Technical Engine" of IHF. Operating as a specialized unit, this team ensures that our global data remains organized, secure, and actionable for leadership and donors alike.

🔹 Role Overview This is a high-level data management role. You will handle the internal architecture that supports our fundraising and member services, ensuring IHF’s growth is backed by clean, professional data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Oversee donor records and volunteer data within the Salesforce CRM.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system errors to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Onboard new technical members on data entry standards and IHF’s specific CRM hygiene protocols to prevent system-wide errors.

🔹 Requirements:

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• High attention to detail and a "data-first" mindset.
• Ability to follow strict technical protocols.
