We have thousands of member- volunteers that are helping to restore a sense of community and changing lives in the process. Our job is to help them succeed.

We are currently seeking an ambitious, creative, energetic and dedicated self-starter who is looking to take ownership of our revenue generation department. The Revenue Generation Coordinator is a new position at Kin Canada, and the role will be a catalyst of change and how we fund our association going forward.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week typically from 9am – 4:30pm EST, with the option to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. The successful candidate will receive a 1-year contract, with the possibility for renewal or permanent placement upon internal review.

As our National Headquarters is based in Cambridge, Ontario, the Revenue Generation Coordinator can be based locally or anywhere throughout the Country, with the option of working fully remotely or via a hybrid-setup. You will receive mentorship, the opportunity to improve knowledge & skills, while being involved with interesting projects. Key Areas of Responsibility and Possible Projects:
• Researching and applying for possible grants and funding opportunities.
• Further building out our online Kin Store & exploring new platforms to utilize (i.e. Shopify,

Amazon, etc.).
• Developing, implementing and managing programs, trade shows, and/or social enterprises

that generate non-dues revenue for the association.
• Gathering critical information to assist in generating revenue (regulations, permitting, etc.).
• Developing and managing corporate sponsorships and incentivized partnerships.
• Off-line merchandising opportunities.
• Other roles and projects may be determined throughout the contract term.

Qualifications, Experience and Abilities:
• A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
• A team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and/or interest in sponsorship development, product merchandising, marketing, e-

commerce, and social enterprises.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• A developed network of potential sponsors and partners in your rolodex is an asset (corporate,

charitable, non-profit, etc.).
• General business knowledge and background is an asset (marketing, finance, sales, project

management, etc.).
• For-profit and/or non-profit work experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
