Research, Social Media, Communications & Marketing

The World Life Education Centre is an innovative high school that has recently relocated to Oakville (Bristol Circle). With a new vision and a growing student community, we are expanding our reach into a new market and are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our team.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting lead research to identify opportunities and community connections

Supporting social media content creation and scheduling

Assisting with administrative emails and internal communications

Supporting Department marketing efforts by working alongside our Events Manager, Learning & Development Manager, PR Manager, and Tutorial Lead

Contributing to multiple deadlines while providing consistent support through January 2026

Time Commitment:

Mondays (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM) – mandatory

Two additional days per week (11:00 – 4:00 PM)

Event days

Consistent weekly commitment required until January

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and writing skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing deadlines

Interest in marketing, education, events, and nonprofit communications

Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
