What You Will Do

• Conduct research related to leadership development, youth empowerment, women’s initiatives, and community engagement
• Collect, organize, and analyze program data
• Support monitoring and evaluation efforts
• Prepare summaries and basic reports for leadership
• Assist with grant-related research and documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, or Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Interest in nonprofit impact and social change
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
