ROLE Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits. We recruit, train and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting. Our focus is on serving non-profit organizations that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. We are looking for a highly motivated and mission-driven Recruiter to lead the sourcing, screening, and selection of our pro bono Volunteer Consultants. This is an unpaid, volunteer role requiring a commitment of 1 to 2 years. You will be the lynchpin for ensuring our consultant projects are staffed with the exceptional talent needed to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire consultant recruitment pipeline, from initial attraction and screening to final offer and project placement for each six-month cycle.


• Sourcing & Outreach: Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber professionals from corporate, private, and public sectors. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, and university alumni programs.


• Candidate Screening: Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, project suitability, and commitment to the Endeavour mission.


• Mission & Culture Fit: Ensure candidates are aligned with the non-profit sector's needs and the high-performance, collaborative culture of Endeavour projects.


• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network for future recruiting cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Commitment: Must be able to dedicate a minimum number of hours per week (e.g., 4 to 8

hours) and commit to the role for 1 to 2 years. This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
• Experience: years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a consulting, project-

based, or high-volume environment. Experience recruiting skilled volunteer or pro bono talent is a strong asset.


• Mindset: A strong commitment to the non-profit mission and the value of pro bono service. High level of professionalism and attention to detail.


• Skills: Proven ability to source passive candidates and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
