What you will do

• Participate in board meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Oversee the clinic's activities and ensure they align with the mission and values of the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to the executive director and staff.
• Engage with the community and stakeholders to promote the clinic's services.
• Ensure financial stability and sustainability of the clinic.

What we are looking for

• Required: Experience in governance, leadership, or board management.
• Required: Strong commitment to social justice and community service.
• Optional: Legal background or experience in the legal field.
• Optional: Previous experience with non-profit organizations.
