Reports To: Executive Director, The Endometriosis Network Canada
Contract Length: Immediately - March 31, 2027
Location: Virtual, anywhere in Canada*
Compensation: $75,000/year

The Endometriosis Network Canada is a patient-led, registered Canadian charity dedicated to raising awareness of endometriosis and helping those affected by it. Since 2012, we have provided peer support and educational resources to thousands each year, built programs for underserved communities, and worked to improve care nationwide.
About the opportunity
The Endometriosis Network Canada seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager passionate about making a difference in the endometriosis community. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a project that aims to build a better future for the next generation of Canadians living with endometriosis through community engagement and knowledge exchange events, the development and mobilization of endometriosis resources, and the implementation of menstrual health and endometriosis programming.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Create project work plan and timeline for project deliverables, and ensure adherence across project partners, contractors, and within The Endometriosis Network Canada
- Oversee project budget and forecasting, tracking actual spend against forecasts and managing variances with the Executive Director
- Procure vendors, request and track vendor quotes, compare pricing and service levels, and coordinate vendor selection
- Manage ~10 contractors and project partners and contractors
- Develop, implement and interpret surveys of key groups
- Ensure the collection of performance measurement metrics from partners
- Lead project reporting to the funder according to agreed requirements and timelines
- Preparation of project update materials for The Endometriosis Network Canada Board of Directors
- Other related duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including leading complex projects with multiple interest holders and managing annual budgets of $500,000 or more
- Experience leading a diverse team that includes community advisors, organizational partners, and contractors
- Formal training in and/or prior experience with the development of medical educational materials
- Experience working independently in a virtual environment
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven networking, community engagement, relationship-building, and/or partnership development experience
- Able to correspond effectively with members of the endometriosis community using an informed, respectful, professional and inclusive approach
- Experience with grant-funded projects and reporting timelines is an asset
- Lived experience of endometriosis and/or demonstrated commitment to making a positive difference within the endometriosis community and/or to the health and well-being of women and gender diverse people is an asset
- Certification in project management is an asset
- Fluency in French is an asset
Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be able to work remotely from a home office
- Occasional early morning, evening and weekend work may be required
