
Project Manager
Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre and Belleville area partners in the Hastings Prince Edward Ontario Health Team are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead the set up of a new primary health care clinic in Belleville. This Clinic is a stand-alone facility designed to increase access and attachment to primary health care for people who are currently unattached. This initiative is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health as part its primary health care strategy.
The PM will be responsible for coordinating all logistics for clinic set up including securing a facility and any associated renovations, IT & phone systems, procurement of furniture and equipment, and working with partners to define operational and client care protocols.
We are seeking a PM who has both clinical and operational knowledge of primary health care and successful experience managing start-up initiatives to timeline.
This exciting opportunity for the right person is a temporary project of approximately four months.
Work will commence immediately upon contracting for targeted completion by December 2025.
