Program & Operations Tracker (Part-Time | Remote)
CNAP is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven individual to track programs, deadlines, updates, and operational movement across our organization.
This role is not creative, not advisory, and not client-facing.
It is for someone who:
notices patterns
updates systems without being reminded
is comfortable working quietly in the background
understands that accuracy matters more than enthusiasm
If someone needs constant direction, this role will frustrate them.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating CNAP’s internal tracking systems, including:
Program trackers (status, timelines, updates)
Funding and opportunity trackers (open / closed / monitoring)
Task and milestone logs
Document status tracking (drafted, reviewed, finalized)
Light data entry and verification
Flagging changes, deadlines, or missing information clearly and early
You are not responsible for strategy, decisions, or outreach — only for keeping systems current and reliable.
What You Must Be Comfortable With
Be explicit. This filters people fast.
Working independently with minimal supervision
Following established structures (not reinventing them)
Repetitive but important tasks
Using spreadsheets and shared documents daily
Asking clarifying questions once and then executing
Being precise with dates, labels, and statuses
Required Skills & Experience
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
Clear written communication
Ability to manage multiple trackers without confusion
Reliability and consistency (this matters more than speed)
Experience with nonprofit, government, or administrative tracking is an asset — but not required if you are naturally structured.
Time Commitment
Part-time, flexible hours
Steady, ongoing work
Remote
This role suits someone who likes order, clarity, and completion.
Who This Role Is Not For
This role is not suitable if you:
are seeking a leadership or advisory position
prefer creative or people-facing work
dislike structured systems
need constant feedback or reassurance
are “big-picture only”
