PROGRAM FACILITATOR - OVERVIEW

• Facilitate mentorship sessions and guide group discussions
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for participants
• Support mentees throughout the program and encourage active participation
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure a smooth and impactful experience

Program Duration:

• This is a 12-week program running from April 21 to July 25, 2026. Every Tuesday from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (hybrid)

• Lived experience as a Black woman or connection to the Black community in the GTA is strongly preferred
