Summary
The Program Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving programs that advance organizational goals. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution to ensure programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with business or mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch new programs, initiatives, or services based on organizational needs and strategic priorities.
- Conduct needs assessments, research, and data analysis to inform program design and improvement.
- Define program goals, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., leadership, operations, IT, design, marketing) and external partners to ensure program alignment and successful delivery.
- Develop program documentation, workflows, curricula, materials, and implementation plans.
- Manage pilot programs, gather feedback, and iterate to improve effectiveness and user experience.
- Monitor program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Ensure programs comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support change management and adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Education, Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in program development, program management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs from concept through execution.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or human-centered design methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using data, user feedback, or evaluation frameworks to improve programs.
