Position Overview
Samawada is seeking a strategic and analytical Product & Business Strategist to help guide the development of our digital tools, fundraising initiatives, and operational systems.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, improving organizational processes, and developing strategies that strengthen Samawada’s impact, sustainability, and donor engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in product strategy, nonprofit innovation, or business development who wants to contribute their expertise to meaningful humanitarian work.
What You Will Do
Develop strategic plans for Samawada’s digital products, programs, and operational systems.
Identify opportunities to improve donor engagement, fundraising efficiency, and project impact.
Conduct research on nonprofit technology trends, funding models, and partnership opportunities.
Help design scalable systems for managing projects, donors, and program impact.
Support the development of dashboards and reporting systems that track organizational performance.
Work closely with developers, designers, and leadership to translate strategy into practical solutions.
Evaluate tools and platforms that improve operational efficiency.
Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics.
Support the organization in building sustainable growth strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in product strategy, business strategy, consulting, or startup environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience developing strategic plans or growth strategies.
Ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
