Our generous donors help us support people and families in our community, experiencing poverty.

Join us to make short, friendly calls to thank our supporters and make someone’s day!

• Each shift is 2 hours
• Training and support will be provided
• A volunteer confirmation letter will be provided to volunteers
• Location: 306 Gerrard St. East, Toronto (Gerrard & Parliament)

• Monday, September 14: 11 AM–1 PM
• Tuesday, September 15: 11 AM–1 PM
• Wednesday, September 16: 11 AM–1 PM
• Thursday, September 17: 11 AM–1 PM
• Friday, September 18: 11 AM–1 PM

What will I do?

• Make short, friendly calls to thank YSM donors
• Let our supporters know we appreciate them
• Record simple notes about each call on a computer

Who can volunteer?

• Age: Must be 18 years or older
• Basic English: able to understand and speak with donors on the phone
• Basic computer skills: able to enter simple notes about calls

How do I apply?

• Step 1 — Create an account at: https://vhub.at/5KWTYT
• Step 2 — Find a Thank-A-Thon shift: After creating your account, look for available Thank-A-Thon shifts.
• Step 3 — Sign up: Choose a Thank-A-Thon shift day and time that works for you and sign up for the shift.
