Job description
LandSeed is seeking a Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to support relationship-building with organizations, institutions, and collaborators aligned with our mission.
This role is execution-focused and well-suited for someone earlier in their career or transitioning fields, who enjoys outreach, coordination, and relationship management.
You will work closely with senior leadership and advisors to help move partnerships from conversation to collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Relationship Support
- Support outreach to potential partners and collaborators
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and next steps
- Maintain partnership tracking and documentation
Research & Alignment
- Research potential partners and alignment opportunities
- Support preparation for partnership conversations
- Help track progress and outcomes
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Support clear, timely communication
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in partnerships, community development, or social impact initiatives
- Comfortable with outreach activities and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in execution of tasks
- Advanced education or professional development in strategic marketing, narrative development, or mission-driven work is a plus
