Status: Permanent Part-Time (15-22.5 hours per week )

Reports to: Operations Manager
About the Organization
Health Partners International Canada (“HPIC” and the “Organization”) is a not-for-profit relief and development organization dedicated to improving access to medicine and improving health for vulnerable communities around the world. As the only charity licensed by Health Canada to handle donated medicines, HPIC contributes to health and well-being by providing donated essential medicines and supplies, responding to emergencies, and strengthening local health systems. We partner with a network of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and medical mission teams, with pharmaceutical and healthcare product companies, and with foreign and Canadian government departments.
About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate (15-22.5 hours per week) to support daily warehouse operations at our Distribution Centre (DC). In this role, you will assist with receiving, organizing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and safe.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized environment. Proximity to the Distribution Centre (DC) is essential.

Job Posting – Part-Time Warehouse Associate
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
- Prepare products for delivery in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with stock organization and cycle counts
Equipment & Safety
- Operate pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment (if licensed)
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with operating computer programs.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Proximity to the Distribution Centre (Oakville) is essential
