The Role: Outreach Manager
As PIFA continues to grow, we're in search of an Outreach Manager to spearhead our engagement with the vibrant tapestry of artists and beneficiaries that form our community. This isn't just about networking; it's about weaving deep, meaningful connections that resonate with our mission. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our outreach strategy, crafting SOPs, and driving our departmental OKRs forward. Your role is pivotal in cultivating the cultural ethos that defines our collaborative spirit.
Your Canvas of Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement outreach initiatives that captivate artists and community organizations, turning interest into active support. You would contacting artists and beneficiaries directly, which is a crucial role in our organization.
- Relationship Building: Foster enduring partnerships with artists and beneficiaries, ensuring every collaboration is impactful and rooted in shared values.
- Operational Excellence: Spearhead the creation of SOPs for the outreach department, laying the foundation for best practices that mirror our commitment to creativity, collaboration, accessibility, and transparency.
- Community Presence: Be PIFA's ambassador at public events, enhancing our network and uplifting our community profile through active engagement and representation.
Qualifications:
- A self-starter who flourishes in a self-directed environment, brimming with initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
