Pay it For-Art (PIFA) is a new not-for-profit organization devoted to using the transformative power of art to benefit our communities. We proudly operate under a 'pay what you can' model, ensuring that all proceeds are directed towards vital causes in the areas of environment, poverty relief, and increasing access.

Note that we are a volunteer-run organization and no monetary compensation will be paid by Pay it For-Art. The role's time commitment and availability are based on your preference and abilities. Role Overview

As PIFA continues to grow, we're seeking an Outreach Coordinator to assist in our engagement with the vibrant tapestry of artists and beneficiaries that form our community. This role focuses on assisting the Outreach Manager in developing meaningful connections that resonate with our mission. You'll help shape our outreach strategies, assist in crafting SOPs, and support driving our departmental OKRs forward. Your role will assist in fostering the cultural ethos that defines our collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Assistance: Assist in the design and implementation of outreach initiatives that captivate artists and community organizations, turning interest into active support. You will be working closely with artists and beneficiaries.

• Relationship Support: Help build and maintain partnerships with artists and beneficiaries, ensuring impactful collaboration.

• Operational Support: Assist in creating SOPs for the outreach department, contributing to best practices that align with our commitment to creativity, collaboration, accessibility, and transparency.

• Community Engagement: Represent PIFA at public events, supporting our efforts to enhance our network and community presence.

Qualifications

• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, self-directed environment, with a passion for creativity and initiative.

• Strong communication skills, able to assist in nurturing relationships between artists, community partners, and the team.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Passionate about PIFA’s mission and values.

• A strong advocate for the arts with a desire to make a meaningful social impact.
