Operations Manager / Program Manager
Position Overview
The Operations Manager / Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth execution of LandSeed’s programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees daily operational functions, coordinates cross-departmental workflows, and ensures programs are delivered effectively and in alignment with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily organizational operations, ensuring efficiency across programs and administrative functions.
Develop and implement systems for tracking project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Maintain internal documentation, reporting structures, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Support resource planning, budgeting, and allocation of team capacity.
Manage and monitor ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with LandSeed’s mission and strategic goals.
Work closely with leadership to design, plan, and launch new initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Collect, analyze, and present program data for performance evaluation and impact reporting.
Facilitate team meetings, progress reviews, and interdepartmental coordination.
Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with external partners, funders, and community stakeholders as needed.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
Contribute to developing frameworks, workflows, and tools that enhance program delivery and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree an asset).
5+ years of experience in operations, project, or program management — ideally in nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution, accountability, and impact measurement.
