Operations Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of an
organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role is pivotal in translating company strategy into effective operational execution and maintaining the smooth flow of business processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Organizational efficiency: Oversees internal processes, logistical operation, budgeting and daily office administration to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently;
- Strategic planning: Develops and implements operational policies and procedures, focusing on
aligning day-to-day functions with the organization’s long-term goals; - Financial oversight: Support the Finance Director by managing budgets, conducting financial
planning, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring financial stability throught regular audits
and reporting and conducting fraud risk assessment; - Human ressources: supervises staff and volunteers if needed, manages recruitment, training,
disciplinary actions and ensures compliance with HR policies. - Compliance and risk management: Ensures the organization’s operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and implements risk management strategies to protect the
organization.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
We are looking for someone with experience in operation management, that have strong analytical,
organizational, leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
