MSRK Lifecare Foundation is a newly established non-profit organization dedicated to promoting better health, well-being, and equal access to care through education, community initiatives, and compassionate support. Role Overview

The Director of Operations (Volunteer) will play a pivotal role in building the operational backbone of MSRK Lifecare Foundation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about non-profit management, enjoys creating systems from the ground up, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a cause that improves lives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee day-to-day operational processes for the foundation.

Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team to design and implement organizational strategy.

Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.

Assist in planning and executing events, awareness campaigns, and community programs.

Support fundraising initiatives and ensure proper record-keeping/reporting.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and non-profit regulations.

Create operational frameworks for growth (program management, reporting structures, workflows).

Qualifications

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Experience in operations, project management, non-profit management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small, passionate team.

Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset.

Must be reliable and committed to the mission of MSRK Lifecare Foundation.
