
Operations and Support Coordinator
About Christians for Israel, Canada: Christians for Israel, Canada (C4I) is a faith-based charity. The primary goal of our ministry is to raise awareness of God’s plans and purposes for Israel. We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature professional to join our team as an Operations and Support Coordinator, contributing to our mission through comprehensive administrative, communications, and financial support.
The Opportunity: The Operations and Support Coordinator will be a pivotal member of the C4I team, responsible for a broad range of administrative functions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. This role combines elements of communications, finance, and executive support, requiring a versatile individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications Support: Develop, edit, and coordinate written and digital content; ensure consistent messaging across platforms; manage newsletters and annual reports; assist with promotional materials for events and initiatives. Coordinate in-house events and assist with logistics for donor events.
- Financial & HR Administration: Process payroll through Dayforce and administer employee benefits; handle payment processing and basic cashbook accounting (QuickBooks); support compliance and HR administration, including HRIS maintenance.
- Executive & General Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements; screen and respond to communications; draft and edit documents; perform general office duties (filing, copying, scanning); reconcile expenses; support special projects; act as a liaison with internal and external partners; and perform front desk/reception duties.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- A passionate faith walk and committed love for Jesus Christ.
- Experience in a church or para-church ministry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and executive functioning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, Canva, CRM, Quickbooks).
- Flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- A solid understanding of C4I’s mission, theology, and global context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Compensation & Application: Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person | Work Location: Brantford, ON Pay & Benefits: $50,000 per annum onwards
