Operation Manager

We’re excited to invite passionate individuals to join Muslim Literary Festival (MLF), a not-for-profit based in Toronto, Canada, where we connect Muslim writers with community, resources, education, and opportunities, both virtually and in-person. As a volunteer, you’ll have the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause, build connections with like-minded individuals, grow alongside the festival, and help make a lasting impact in the literary community.

• Report to the Director of Operations and provide administrative support as needed
• Maintain internal calendars and assist in tracking organizational deadlines and events
• Coordinate and draft bi-annual board report, contracts, and agreements
• SOP documentation
• Time commitment: 5 - 7 hours/week
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Attention to details
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Canva
• Project management experience an asset
