Open Streets Hamilton - Activation Hub Helpers

On Sunday, September 28 King Street East will transform into a 3.6 km car-free community space — and we need your help to bring it to life! Activation Hub Helpers help with setup, greeting participants, collecting surveys, and keeping the energy high.

Mandatory Training: There will be a mandatory training session on Wednesday September 24 in the evening - more details to come.

Shifts:
Morning (8 AM – 12:30 PM): Sign setup, vendor support, welcoming committee, surveys
Afternoon (12 PM – 4:30 PM): Surveys, participant engagement, sign collection, event wrap-up
