Ontario Regional Representative

Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 Canadian churches and church-based agencies working to end global hunger. We are recruiting for an Ontario regional representative to join our Supporter Relations team.

Based in Ontario and working throughout the province, this position is responsible for supporting local volunteers in community and church-run growing projects and other fundraising events, inviting communities, congregations and individuals to support the Foodgrains Bank and its members, raising awareness of the issues that contribute to hunger, and liaising with donors, agribusinesses, and media.

This home-based position will require extensive in-province travel and occasional international travel. Good knowledge of the Ontario agriculture and church sectors, and public speaking, networking and excellent communication skills are required for success in this role. Staff in this position are required to identify with and support the Christian motivation of the Foodgrains Bank.
