
Office Management Assistant (YRES Markham Office)
York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for an Office Management Assistant who is passionate about giving back to their community, enjoys making a tangible impact through organization and inventory support, and thrives in a collaborative, social work environment.
The Office Management Assistant is responsible for:
- Organizing the office, and keeping the area neat
- Helping count inventory of items in the office
- Follow safety and organizational guidelines
- Arriving to the office independently
Location:
YRES Markham Office: 3100 Steeles Ave E #605, Markham, ON L3R 8T3
Date & Time: Ongoing - Weekly
Shift: Weekdays 4PM - 6PM, Weekends 9AM - 5PM
