As our Fundraising Lead, you'll champion innovative ways for Gen Z and Millennial audiences to support the cause — shaping new giving experiences, testing fresh approaches, and growing the future of fundraising at CCS.

What we're looking for
Experience with fundraising, events, sales, business development, or similar initiatives that inspire people to get involved

▪️ Brings ideas, tests them, and learns from the results

▪️ Comfortable working toward fundraising goals and measuring success

▪️ Creative, strategic, and open to new approaches

▪️ Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment

▪️ Designed for emerging leaders aged 19-35

➕ Bonus: experience with sponsorship, peer-to-peer fundraising, digital fundraising, or partnership development

Your commitment
⏳ Approx. 6-8 hours/month, with occasional periods of increased activity throughout the year

📅 Active participation in meetings and fundraising initiatives

🎯 Support Council priorities and annual goals

💛 Contribute to CCS’s mission through peer-to-peer fundraising, micro-donations, or community engagement

🔁 Minimum one-year term, with a maximum of two years

This role supports and reports to the Next Gen Action Council Co-Chairs and works collaboratively across the Brand Engagement, Fundraising, and Mission & Advocacy portfolios.
