
National Campaign Manager
Cuso International is hiring a National Campaign Manager in Ottawa, Ontario, for a permanent, full-time hybrid role.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a multi-channel campaign that will raise awareness of Cuso’s global development work, engage Canadians in meaningful conversations about international cooperation, international aid, equity, and Canada’s role in global change, and inspire new supporters to take action.
In this role, you will lead campaign strategy and execution across digital engagement, email marketing, media, events, thought leadership, audience segmentation, lead generation, and donor conversion. You will also work closely with teams across Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, Graphic Design and Branding, Program Development, senior leadership, and volunteers to bring the campaign to life.
We are looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience leading multi-channel engagement, communications, marketing, or fundraising campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting
- A creative and inclusive leadership style
- Strong communication skills in English; French and/or Spanish is an asset
- A passion for international development and social impact
