Multi-Site Supervisor (RECE)
Status: Full-Time, Permanent (Working Supervisor)
Locations: Dual-Site (Fergus, ON)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annual salary, plus health benefits.
Position Overview
As the Multi-Site Supervisor, you will lead the launch and ongoing operations of two licensed non-profit cooperative childcare sites. You will serve as the pedagogical leader and operational manager, ensuring the highest standards of care for 15 toddlers and 16 preschoolers. As an Ex-officio non-voting member of the Board, you will provide professional expertise to guide the organization’s strategic direction while maintaining a presence "on the floor" to support staff and children.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to the College of Early Childhood Educators Standards of Practice, specifically by maintaining professional boundaries in a cooperative setting. They must possess the reflective capacity to lead a team through pedagogical change and the advocacy skills required to represent the centre’s cooperative mission to the wider Centre Wellington community.
