Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Monday.com Systems Expert to design, configure, and optimize our Monday.com workspace to support fundraising, program management, volunteer coordination, and impact tracking.

This role is critical in building efficient workflows, automation systems, and reporting dashboards that strengthen organizational effectiveness and transparency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to apply their technical systems expertise to meaningful humanitarian work while gaining nonprofit leadership experience.

What You Will Do

Design and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, and workspace architecture.

Build workflows for donor management, fundraising campaigns, volunteer tracking, and project implementation.

Create automations to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.

Develop reporting dashboards for leadership and board-level visibility.

Customize pipelines, forms, and data structures aligned with organizational needs.

Integrate Monday.com with email platforms, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other third-party tools.

Establish user roles, permissions, and data governance practices.

Train staff and volunteers on system usage and best practices.

Document processes and create system guidelines.

Continuously improve efficiency, usability, and reporting capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

Proven hands-on experience with Monday.com (advanced level preferred).

Strong understanding of workflow design, automation, and system architecture.

Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.

Ability to translate organizational needs into structured digital systems.

Experience integrating Monday.com with other platforms.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Interest in social impact and humanitarian work.

Nice to Have

Experience setting up CRM-style boards within Monday.com.

Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or donor tracking systems.

Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.

Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

Experience supporting remote teams.
