Organized Kaos exists to apprentice young people in life and trade, inspiring hope and purpose found in Jesus. OK creates a safe environment for young people to work and learn alongside skilled tradespeople from local churches. We are a growing organization with 50 mentors across 5 shops working with 100 students, as well as in schools and summer programs.

Role Vision

The vision for the Mentorship Coach is to see Christian tradespeople formed into courageous, relational evangelists and disciple-makers. We look to men and women who understand that their skills with tools is not only for their career, but a God given gift to speak into the lives of young people.

At its core, this role exists to disciple mentors into disciple-makers.

Under the leadership of the Mentorship Coach, mentors learn to discern where students are struggling, where they are flourishing, and where God is already at work. Mentors are formed to step into those moments with wisdom, shining God’s love directly into real-life situations. The Mentorship Coach also plays a critical role in raising up students who choose Jesus, developing them into future mentors.

What mentors learn and practice within Organized Kaos does not stay within the walls of the shop. It spills into homes, workplaces, churches, and communities. The result is a multiplying movement of evangelism and discipleship that extends far beyond the program itself.
