Mentor (women, men, gender-diverse individuals)
About The Prosperity Project
The Prosperity Project (TPP) is a national charity dedicated to creating a Canada where all women can thrive at work. We equip individuals and organizations with the tools, data, and connections needed to break down barriers, advance careers, and build a stronger, more inclusive economy.
About the Rosie Mentorship Program
The Rosie Mentorship Program is the only free, bilingual, national, six-month mentorship program in Canada that connects experienced professionals with women across all sectors who are seeking to advance their careers.
Designed to be low commitment and high impact, mentors and mentees meet virtually once per month (up to two hours per session). The program focuses on building confidence, strengthening key skills, and fostering meaningful professional connections.
The Prosperity Project delivers three cohorts annually (March, July, and November). We are currently recruiting mentors for our July 2026 cohort, with applications due June 25, 2026.
Why Become a Mentor?
Mentors play a critical role in advancing the next generation of women leaders, while also gaining meaningful professional and personal insight through the experience.
As a Rosie mentor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Give back with impact – support a woman navigating her next career step and contribute to advancing gender equity in Canada
- Strengthen your leadership skills – deepen your coaching, communication, and active listening skills
- Expand your perspective – gain insight into different industries, career paths, and lived experiences
- Build meaningful connections – develop a rewarding relationship with your mentee
- Receive recognition – all mentors who complete the program receive a certificate of recognition!
