
Marketing Operations Manager
The Etobicoke Humane Society (EHS) is an independent, all-volunteer-run animal rescue dedicated to protecting and caring for homeless cats and dogs. We are growing steadily and need reliable operational support to keep our marketing and fundraising initiatives running effectively. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Fundraising, Communications, and Marketing team by managing key marketing logistics and merchandise-related activities. This is a flexible, part-time volunteer role with a big impact.
Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll oversee and organize a variety of behind-the-scenes functions that support our outreach and fundraising efforts:
● Merchandise Management:
○ Source, design, and coordinate production of EHS-branded merchandise
○ Manage inventory and storage
○ Oversee sales (online and in-person)
● Annual Calendar Project:
○ Plan and coordinate the development and production of our annual fundraising calendar
● Marketing & Campaign Logistics:
○ Organize and source marketing materials and assets
○ Manage digital files (photos, graphics, logos)
○ Assist with vendor communications and contracts related to marketing logistics
● Regulatory Requirements
○ Track and manage regulatory license requirements for fundraising activities such as raffles, Bingo and 50/50 draws

What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need a background in marketing — we’re looking for someone who is:
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Able to take initiative on projects and tasks
● A good communicator and reliable team player
● Able to manage tasks independently and follow through on deadlines
● Responsive and professional in email communications
Time Commitment: Approx. 3–4 hours per week (flexible, with busier periods around fundraising campaigns)
