About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead with extensive experience and a passion for purpose-driven storytelling. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 10+ years in marketing, communications, or brand strategy who wants to use their skills to create meaningful community impact.

What you will do

Develop and implement marketing strategies that bring the organization’s mission and initiatives to life.

Strengthen and evolve the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.

Design and lead creative digital campaigns that inspire engagement and attract donors, partners, and community members.

Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to align marketing goals with the organization’s broader vision and objectives.

Oversee content creation and storytelling, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and community highlights.

Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, creative partners, and collaborators to enhance visibility and outreach.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Mentor and guide emerging team members, fostering a supportive environment for learning and creativity in marketing and communications.

What we are looking for

10+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.

Demonstrated success in strategic campaign development, brand building, and audience engagement.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt strategies in dynamic environments.

Experience in non-profit, social enterprise, or community-oriented organizations is an asset.

A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to create impact through communication.
