What You Will Do
Lead digital marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to increase awareness, engagement, and donations.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and YouTube) using data- driven insights.
Manage Facebook and Meta Ads, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and video content aligned with Samawada’s mission and campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to refine strategies.
Collaborate with the Communications Lead to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Provide regular reports on campaign metrics, trends, and growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, or growth strategy.
https://samawada.org/Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Ability to create and analyze performance reports using Google Analytics and similar tools.
Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, or Canva is an asset.
Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic planning skills.
